Arsenal Blue by Gilles Cantuel is a men's eau de parfum — note that despite the word “Cologne” in the product title, this is an EDP spray. It is a fresh citrus-aromatic with an unusual signature note: chayote. Do not confuse it with John Varvatos Artisan Blu, a different fragrance from a different house.
Bergamot, basil, lavender, chayote, and bitter orange open fresh and green. Geranium, palmarosa, orange blossom, clary sage, and iris give the middle a clean aromatic lift. Pine, cedar, pistachio, tamarisk, and patchouli ground the base.
Fresh and distinctive, it suits daytime and warm weather. A citrus-aromatic with real character.
