BLV Pour Homme by Bvlgari is a men's eau de toilette from 2001. The "Cologne" in the title is a misnomer. Composed by Alberto Morillas, it is a woody spicy with an unconventional structure.
Cardamom and sandalwood open in an unusual pairing, with sandalwood in the top rather than the base. Ginger, juniper, and galanga add a spicy-warm complexity in the middle. Tobacco blossom, teak wood, and green leaves create a distinctive, earthy base.
Bold and distinctive, it suits evenings and those who like unconventional scents. The men's BLV, not to be confused with the women's version.
