Desirade by Aubusson is a women's eau de toilette from 1990, an oriental floral of the grand classical school, rich, complex and unmistakably French.
Ylang-ylang, bergamot, aldehydes, coriander and pineapple open with a bright, slightly exotic flourish that immediately announces its vintage character.
The heart is a full bouquet: orange blossom, rose, violet, cassia, osmanthus, tuberose and jasmine layered into a heady, powdery-floral core.
Opoponax, patchouli and sandalwood give the base warmth and depth, while vanilla, plum and raspberry add a soft fruity sweetness over musk.
