Encre Noire A L'Extreme by Lalique is a men's Eau de Parfum launched in 2015, created by Nathalie Lorson as a flanker to the 2006 Encre Noire. Despite the 'Cologne' in its title, it is an Eau de Parfum.
Cypress, elemi resin, and bergamot open with a green, resinous brightness. Vetiver anchors the middle alongside incense and orris, deepening the smoky woods. Benzoin, sandalwood, and patchouli round the base into a dark, resinous warmth. Darker and richer than the original, L'Extreme is a statement evening fragrance.
