Y Eau de Parfum Intense by Yves Saint Laurent is the 2023 flanker, billed as a cologne in the catalog but genuinely an Eau de Parfum Intense. Created by Dominique Ropion and Claire Liegent, it sharpens the Y formula with a spicier edge. Ginger, juniper berries and bergamot strike a peppered-citrus opening. The heart of sage, lavender and geranium keeps the classic aromatic fougere spine. Vetiver, patchouli and cedar push the base toward green woods and earth. More concentrated and more herbal than the standard EDP, this is the most assertively aromatic member of the Y family.
